Beautiful Birthday Pennant card

Beautiful Birthday

This is another version of a card that I shared a few weeks ago. Clean and simple. The Happy Birthday stamp is called Beautiful Birthday. I really like these single sentiments and the smaller sets that just have two or three sayings in them. It’s a really inexpensive way to build up your greeting options. This card called for a larger sentiment as a focal point and this stamp was perfect.

Thanks for looking!

Elementary Elegance and pretty polka dots!

Elementary Elegance

These colors make me smile, or maybe it’s the polka dots. This years group of In Colors are some of my all time favorites, such bright happy colors and they play so well together! The image and the ribbon are two of the items that you can choose FREE, with your $50 purchase during Sale-a-Bration.

I used the excess rubber from the center of the frame image to make a little shadow stamp. There is a little bit of polka dot pandemonium going on here, but I think it works.

Happy Friday, everyone!

Up Up and Away

up up and away

Even though the weather has decided to cool a bit this week, I have been thinking spring in my stamp room. This is a cheery little card using the Up Up and away set. The clouds were sponged using a stencil that I made from card stock. I pieced a scalloped circle and the Fancy Flower punch together to create the cloud shape. The hills are circles, punched using the 2 1/2″ Circle Punch.

Thanks for stopping by,

Belinda

Sorry for the delay

Hello friends! It seems that over the last  few years, I have developed the tradition of getting sick at the beginning of December. It is a tradition I wish I could leave behind. This year has been especially fun. Since Thanksgiving I have had to have dental work done, deal with an especially painful case of sinusitis, and I just returned home from the hospital where I had my appendix removed. Bleh, is all I can say about all of that.

I am actually feeling better than I have in weeks and hope to return to blogging in the next few days. I just wanted to let you know what was going on and that I will still be posting my 12 gift of Christmas!

StampFest in Two weeks!

This post will remain as a sticky at the top of my blog, so be sure to scroll down to see  more current blog posts.

Hello everyone! StampFest is in two short weeks and we need a few more people to fill the room! Bring a friend and you can each take $5 off the weekend rate! If you are not signing up for the full weekend you can each take $5 off of one of the kits I am offering. Let me know as soon as possible if you are planning to attend!
