For the Birds

It took me a while to warm up to Daffodil Delight. It’s a happy yellow that isn’t as glaring as the old YoYo Yellow. I think it was my absolute aversion to the old neon yellow that kept me from embracing our more contemporary offering. Now that I have, I just can’t leave it alone!  Then again, maybe I am just in a cheery, summery mood. I have a feeling that is about to change, with all of the Holiday Catalog goodies I have to play with now. For today though, it is sunny, summer fun with this card using the For the Birds stamp set.

Storybook Surprise

Storybook Friends

We made this sweet little card at Stamp Camp this month. I won’t tell you that Storybook Friends is probably my favorite set of the new catalog. You will figure it out when you have seen it for the 30th time this year. LOVE! I used lots of new goodies and tools on this card. I am loving all of the new framelits, so many possibilities!

Here is the Final Kit I am offering for StampFest this week. You can change out the sentiments on the box and on the cards. You will make 6 cards w/envelopes to fit inside the box.  This Kit is $12.50 for StampFest attendees.  We still have plenty of room, so let me know if you would like to attend! Just scroll down through the previous 4 posts for all of the details!

I’ll also be offering a My Digital Studio class on Friday and Saturday mornings. This is a two hour class that will walk you through the basics. Bring your computer and you can download the free trial program if you haven’t already purchased the full program.  The class fee is $5.00 and if you are only coming for that particular class you don’t have to pay the additional pass fee.

Stamp a Stack for StampFest

These are the cards for the Stamp a Stack for Stampfest! You may stamp one of each design for $10.00.  If you would like to stamp multiples of these designs, each stack is 5 cards of one design. The first stack is $7.50 and each stack after that is $5.00 or you may stamp 5 stacks for $25.00. I’ll be adding a couple of Christmas options later today!

StampFest Ornament Kit

StampFest Ornament Kit

Here is the first Kit that I am offering for StampFest! This is a Paper Ornament kit.  The kit contains tutorials for 8 different paper ornaments and a Product Pack that allows you to make 1 of each design, plus multiples of your choosing. StampFest 2012!

Stampfest

It’s time for StampFest 2012! Join us on July 27th and 28th for two fun days of stamping!  This event is held at the Hampton Inn South Tulsa/Bixby. 8220 East Regal Place, next to the Spirit Bank Event Center. Doors will open at 12:00 PM Noon on Friday and access to the room will remain available until Sunday Morning at 11:00 AM. You may stamp as long as you like or come and go as your schedule suits you.

A weekend pass is $25. One Full day pass is $15, and a single morning or evening session is $10. Bring a friend who has never attended StampFest before and you can each take $5 off of  your pass.

Your admission fee gives you  full access to my extensive collection of stamps, inks and tools. You can bring your own projects to work on and pay only the entry fee,or you can purchase pre-cut kits if you would like to have projects planned for you. I will begin posting kits on Monday. Your admission fee gives you a place to stamp all weekend with access to the following stations.

Color station

  • Over 100 Ink pads (at least 60 colors)
  • Watercolor pencils (24 colors)
  • 48 colors of chalks/pastels

Punch Station

  • 70 punches

Big Shot Station

  • Use of my Big Shot machine
  • 70+ Dies including boxes, mats, purses,pennants, alphabets and more
  • 25+ Embossing Folders
  • 30+ Framelits for cutting mats, edges and images

Tool Station

  • Too many tools to mention such as crimpers, paper piercing mats and guides, cropadile, paper cutters, mats and much more!

Stamp Station

  • 100+ sentiment stamps
  • Each attendee can choose 5 stamp sets from my collection for use that weekend to be shared with the group
